Few Secrets To Control Hair Fall This Monsoon

Monsoons are romantic and amazing. Isn’t it? But this season comes with a problem of hair fall for all of us. Hair becomes weak and more prone to frizziness due to induced disturbances that strip away natural oils from the scalp. Hair fall cannot be totally fixed in this season, but it can be reduced to a greater extent.

Today, I am going to share my tried and tested ways to treat hair fall. I got a lot of help from these methods and I want you to benefit from these too.

Apply hair oil on regular basis

As you know that this season strips away the natural oil from our hair. So, you need to retain the natural moisture of your scalp by applying hair oil on regular basis. Make sure to apply hair oil directly on the scalp to avail the maximum benefit. You can apply hair oil on the scalp by using a bottle with the nozzle or by using your fingertips.

Check your hair oil type

The type of hair oil also needs to be checked to gain advantage from it. Natural oils or ayurvedic oils serve the most to get you out of the problem of hair fall. Natural oils like coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, castor oil are most useful in treating hair fall. Also, there are a lot of options available in the market of ayurvedic oils.

Using same hair care products during a whole year is a big no-no

Haircare products are meant to deal with hair issues. The advantageous effect of these products does not prove to be effective after few months. So, you need to change your hair care products either it is shampoo, conditioner, serum or a hair oil after every few months.

Have multi-vitamin tablets with biotin sufficiency

Hair tends to fall also because of biotin insufficiency. Biotin is also known as vitamin H and is one of a vitamin of the B complex group. Biotin helps in keeping our hair, skin, nails, eyes and liver healthy. Also, have protein rich food to have healthy hair.

Hormone imbalance

Your menstrual cycle may be the culprit behind all of your hair fall problems. Because irregular menstrual cycle creates the hormonal imbalance in our body which in turn makes our hair more prone to fall. You need to do proper medication to make your irregular menstrual cycle regular. Personally, I believe in “Ashokarishta” syrup because it always helps me in making my menstrual cycle regular. You need to have this syrup according to your doctor’s prescription.

Keep your hair away from humidity

Rainwater and sweat make your hair weak due to prolonged exposure to humidity in this season. If your hair gets damp, moist or dripping wet due to rain, wash your hair properly afterwards. Also, make your hair air dry every time sweat accumulate in your hair.

Keep the usage of hair styling products to minimal

Our hair is not that strong in this season to combat the negative effects of hair styling products. So, keep the usage of these products to a minimal amount.

Have junk food free diet

Junk food is good only in taste but it gives you empty calories. Empty calories mean calories with no nutritional value. Food of this kind will never help you in fighting hair fall even if you do all the above-stated procedures in proper accordance.

Handle your hair with extra care

Handling your hair roughly disturbs the follicles and cuticles of your hair. Always use a wide toothed comb for hair detangling. Use a mild shampoo for hair wash.
