Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

Mix 2 teaspoons of amla powder with 4-5 teaspoons of curd (plain yoghurt). Apply this mixture on your hair for half an hour every time before hair wash.
Fenugreek seeds are rich in proteins, Vitamin C, iron, potassium, nicotinic acid and lecithin. The primary purpose of nicotinic acid and lecithin is to promote hair growth and strengthen hair follicles.
All you need to do is, mix fenugreek seeds (in powdered form) with olive oil and leaving this concoction on your hair for 15-20 minutes.
