Start with 10-15 mins of daily workout session (Believe me, planning your workout sessions this way will always work). As you progress, you will notice a visible difference in your skin.

Invest a little time in skincare routine

Skincare is a must if you want that radiant flawless glow. On regular basis; cleanse and moisturize your face twice a day. If you have oily skin then also apply toner on your face after cleansing and before moisturizing. Mild exfoliation is required once or twice a week to showcase the regenerated layer of skin cells. Applying face masks 2-3 times a week also helps in replenishing flawless skin.

Make hygiene your priority

Nobody can deny the importance of hygiene to get a clear flawless skin. Clean your bed sheets and pillowcases on a weekly basis. Sanitize the things on a consistent basis which you use mostly like your mobile phone and your makeup brushes. Always wash your hands before touching your face. Dirt and germs accumulate on all these things and gets transferred onto our face.
